Tonight, I continued on with the theme of “winning back the bride,” and took Hosea 2, Psalm 45, Matthew 25:1-13, and Revelation 21 and 22. Again, though, my Father worked in ways tailored to my own experience. He taught me through the way He won me back, how He led me to the realization that I needed Him to salvage what seemed to be a meaningless existence. By returning to the imagery evoked by “Come in from the Rain,” He showed me the importance of winning back the bride--His plan of God and humans working together. I feel ready to move on to the next section.
