Such a peaceful, loving prayer period! The prayer in Wisdom 9 was so beautiful, I went through to chapter 10. I made it my prayer, too. I want to be the “just man” of chapter 10.

I felt my Father close to me as I took Isaiah 57, Hosea 14, Matthew 9:10ff, 2 Corinthians 5:18-21, Colossians 1:15ff, and Ephesians 4. We moved through these rather quickly, but, as I read, my Father filled me with a great hope for the healing, reconciliation, and restoration spoken of in the passages. I want this. I spent some time asking my Father to bring this about within the world and within me. I asked Him, too, for the graces I need to be His instrument in this.
